The green green grass of home.

The rain is falling heavy, the grass is wet and everything drips with humidity.

The rain is constant now and often accompanies heavy gusting winds. Mostly from the south west.

Rain...rain....all I see is rain.

  1. Did I mention before that JJA17242 was originally collected in Iran, East of Shuysheh, ( South East of Marivan ) 1750m, open shale slopes ? Obviously of the F. crassifolia 'group'. They all look great Mark.

  2. Thanks Ron, I really appreciate the historic collection information. I really wish someone were following in the seed collecting steps of those intrepid adventurers. I love plants with a story, and I'm sure getting to east of Shuysheh involves a story. Cheers, Mark
